The thing about Facebook Timeline...
is that the cover photo allows perhaps too much too loud of personalization.
it makes it seem like everyone’s timeline is his or her own blog and the colors that comprise the individually chosen cover photo become the visual focal point of each profile.
whereas previously people would look immediately to the profile picture, now i suspect we will all take a few whole seconds to take in...
